These guys have treated myself and my girlfriend with nothing but respect. They're thorough, aren't interested in lying to make a sale, and value honesty. It's only 3 guys, so what they lack in a large force, they make up for in quality and integrity. We brought my girlfriends old 2000 Jeep Cherokee to them, and they were dead honest in saying it's not worth putting more and more money into it after a certain point. I recently brought in my 2007 Toyota Solara. Rear brakes, steering rack, inner/outer tie rods, AND a full timing belt service. Prices are beyond fair, communicative throughout the whole process, and their quality of work for how small of a shop it is, is impressive. For as long as they continue to be here, I'll always take my vehicles here.

I’ve never actually left a review before but wanted to because of how awesome this shop was. Genuinely nice and honest and made me feel like they were going to do whatever they needed or had to do in order to fix my car without all of the extra nonsense you get at the dealerships. He even walked me through every step of how he was going to fix it and my options to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Safe to say they will be getting all of my business from now on!

Highly recommend! (Especially BEFORE you buy a car lol). Definitely check them out for an affordable pre purchase inspection to be sure you’re purchasing a safe and reliable vehicle. John did a very thorough inspection, gave his honest opinion, and explained everything to me in detail. For once I didn’t feel like a shop was trying to take advantage of me for my lack of knowledge of cars. He even took the time to show me the parts, explained the primary function, what his concerns were and why, which I truly appreciated. If you are looking for honest and reliable work, I couldn’t recommend a better shop in the area.

I am in the process of selling my car and it needs some fixes. I asked Derrick if he could tell me if the price I was selling it for was fair in regards to all the fixes I need. He let me know it was and provided amazing feedback / advice. The fact he took 30 minutes out of his day to do that for someone who is not spending money at the shop shows you how amazing and genuine these people are. If I was in the Wilmington area, I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Best service in Wilmington! I came in for a last-minute state inspection that was about to expire over the holiday, and I was honestly blown away by how kind everyone was. They squeezed me in, had me in and out in about 15 minutes, and were incredibly communicative the whole time. What really stood out, though, was how genuinely nice they were. No attitude, no rushing me out the door, no weird pressure, just real kindness and respect. Derrick and John are true gentlemen, and it really shows in the way they treat their customers. They took all the anxiety out of a stressful situation and made everything feel easy and manageable, which feels so rare these days, especially with car stuff. I left feeling taken care of, not just like another name on the list. I’m really grateful and will definitely be back!
